Avionics Installation Supervisor (Sanford, FL)

 

Position Summary: Responsible for all production activities associated with the upgrade and refurbishment of aircraft and avionics systems. Organizes production flow to meet project schedules. Monitors expended labor to ensure projects are completed within targeted hours.

 

Essential Job Requirements:

 

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

 

 

Experience:

10 years of aviation electrical/avionics installation and/or repair with 2 years experience in position as Supervisor or Lead Technician.

 

 

Required Skills:

Able to route wire harnesses and terminate solder and crimp contact connectors using approved tools. Must be able to interpret and understand electrical drawings and blueprints.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
